What makes Snacks & Suitcases unique is the diverse experience each member brings to every adventure. Our team includes professional photographers, travel advisors, chefs, public safety professionals, and one teen, allowing us to see every destination from multiple perspectives. We don't just ask, "Was the food good?" or "Was it pretty?" We look at the details—from atmosphere and hospitality to travel value, presentation, accessibility, safety, and the stories behind the people and places we visit.
By combining our professional knowledge with our personal experiences, we create honest, well-rounded reviews that go beyond a simple rating.

Dream Factory of Memphis
Some dreams have the power to change a life.
For more than four decades, the Dream Factory of Memphis has been granting dreams to critically and chronically ill children throughout the Mid-South. As a 100% volunteer-run nonprofit, they believe every child deserves hope, joy, and unforgettable memories—regardless of their diagnosis or circumstances. From dream vacations and shopping sprees to once-in-a-lifetime experiences, each dream is uniquely tailored to the child receiving it. Since the Memphis chapter was founded in 1985, it has granted more than 550 dreams, bringing smiles and hope to children and their families across the region.
At Snacks & Suitcases, we're honored to shine a spotlight on organizations like Dream Factory of Memphis that remind us the greatest adventures aren't always measured in miles—they're measured in hope, compassion, and the lives they touch.
